ManThorpe Felt Lap Vents are a refurbished product designed to increase the amount of ventilation entering the existing roof space. This product is usually fitted retrospectively to properties with additional loft insulation; however, these Felt Lap Vents will help to combat the problem of condensation built up in any roof space with a lapped felt/membrane construction.

Each felt lap vent creates an air gap delivering up to 3000mm2/m of ventilation air flow. These specific vents are made from an injected molded polypropylene which are a super lightweight solution that is 100% recyclable.
